Richard Bort has been a course leader in cash and treasury management for the American Management Association and other educational and professional organizations. He is a faculty member in the Cash Management Program of the University of California at Berkeley, and he is listed in Who’s Who in California. Mr. Bort is the author of numerous articles on cash and treasury management, investing, and electronic commerce. Mr. Bort is president of Bort & Company, Inc., a Sherman Oaks, California-based consulting firm that specializes in corporate treasury and e-commerce.
