Richard D. Cheshire, Ph.D is Director of the Institute for Voluntary Leadership. He has served as President of the University of Tampa, Executive Director of the Shakespeare Globe Centre of North America, President of the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival, and Chief Development Officer for the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Chapman University, Colgate University, Dickinson College, and Drew University. He lives in Orange County, California and Hamilton, New York.
