Andrew J. Rotter is Charles A. Dana Professor of History at Colgate University. He received his Bachelors Degree from Cornell University, and his Ph.D. from Stanford University. Rotter specializes in U.S. diplomatic history, recent U.S. hstory, and the Vietnam War, and has written extensively on U.S.-Asian relations during the Twentieth Century, including the books The Path to Vietnam and Comrades at Odds: India and the United States.
