Warranty Explanation

The standard Apple one year warranty is included at no additional charge to you. It covers only one year of parts and labor for manufacturer's defects. It does not cover repairs necessitated by any kind of accidental or incidental damage such as drops or liquid spills. If your computer is protected by the standard 1 year Apple Warranty, the Bookstore will provide Complimentary support services during that year.

Purchasing an AppleCare Protection Plan extends Apple's support of manufacturer's defects to 3 years. Repairs necessitated by incidental or accidental damage are not covered. The Bookstore will provide Complimentary support services during the 3 years of your AppleCare plan.
