You can now use www.colgatebookstore.com to place special book orders using a University budget code. Simply find your book using the search engine, order it, and check out! During check-out, choose Banner budget number under Credit Cards. Select on-campus mail or in-store pickup for your delivery option, and we'll override all ground shipping rates! To receive your 10% discount, simply type either ‘staff’ or ‘faculty’ into the coupon box. Tax will appear on the form, but we’ll override that as well.

• Not finding the book you want in our database? Have us find it for you! Just send an e-mail to kereynolds@mail.colgate.edu with the information you have (title, author, publisher, etc), and we'll do the rest!
• We can quickly locate any book that is in print and can ship books anywhere in the world.
• Average speed for filling orders is 1-3 weeks from the date the order is placed.
• Overnight and 2-Day Air freight charges are extra.

• Important Reminder: Individuals or departments using Colgate University funds to purchase books (or any item with an ISBN) must place these orders through the Colgate Bookstore.
