How do I return/exchange a gift or item I bought in the store?

Returning a gift or an item you purchased in the store is easy. Please include your receipt with your return/exchange. We will credit the account originally charged within 10 business days from receipt of the return. Exchanges will have a shipping charge of $6.50 billed directly to the credit card on file, unless other arrangements have been made. Please include your phone number when returning or exchanging items.
