Where do I go if my computer requires service?
SOURCe, the Student Operated User Resource Center, provides a wide variety of technology support services, including a Call Center, a walk-in Diagnostics Center, and in-residence support. Documentation, tutorials, one-on-one assistance is also provided. The Colgate Bookstore computer technician provides hardware support. Computers bought from the Bookstore are serviced for free (charges for out of warranty parts may apply). All students should come to campus with all media and paperwork associated with their computer. These materials are often required in order to receive support.
