Will I be notified if an item is out of stock?
Unforeseen demand or a manufacturing delay occasionally results in an item that is out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We make every attempt to notify you of items that are out of stock.
When you add an article of clothing, a gift, a supply, a gift pack, or a computer to your shopping cart, the cart will report to you whether or not that item is in stock. Check the "In Stock" field. During some times of the year, the bookstore may, at its discretion, not accept backorders for out of stock items. During these times, you will receive a special message from the system alerting you that you may not order this item. For more specific information about when that item might be due, please call the bookstore's toll-free line (877) 362-7666. Gifts marked with an estimated shipping date of "Usually ships in 4-6 weeks" are produced on demand and drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
A member of our customer service team will always attempt to email you if you have ordered items that are not in stock or no longer available.
