Textbook Refund Policy

Semester-Start Refund Policy

Text refunds begin Wednesday, January 20, 2010 and end on Wednesday, January 27,2010.

All refunds must be accompanied by a register receipt and Colgate ID.

All merchandise must be in new condition (except Used Texts).
Course packets are non-refundable.
E-books are non-refundable.
All shrink-wrapped or blister-packed merchandise must be returned unopened.
Computer software, diskettes, special orders, and sales merchandise are non-refundable.

REMEMBER:
NO RECEIPT, NO REFUND!
PLEASE SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!

Refund Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
