Textbook Refund Policy

Semester-Start Refund Policy

Text refunds begin Wednesday, September 3, 2008 and end on Friday, September 12, 2008.

All refunds must be accompanied by a register receipt and Colgate ID.

  • All merchandise must be in new condition (except Used Texts).
  • Course packets are non-refundable.
  • All shrink-wrapped or blister-packed merchandise must be returned unopened.
  • Computer software, diskettes, special orders, and sales merchandise are non-refundable.

REMEMBER:
NO RECEIPT, NO REFUND!
PLEASE SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!

Refund Hours:
Monday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
